What we do

Money market investments

Fixed-term products from 12 to 36 months. Returns are credited every quarter, every six months or every year depending on the product, and your principal comes back at the end of the term.

Land

The club buys land, subdivides it into plots and sells them to members on a payment plan. Reserve a plot online, pay a deposit, then clear the balance monthly, quarterly, yearly or in one payment. The title is transferred to you once the plot is fully paid.

Savings goals

Open a goal towards any product with any amount and top it up when you can. When the balance reaches the product minimum it converts into an investment automatically.

How joining works

  1. Apply

    Fill in your name, phone number and email address. You get an application reference and an email with a private link to your application page.

  2. Pay the joining fee

    The club's payment accounts are shown on your application page. Pay the one-off fee of UGX 50,000 and quote your reference on the transaction.

  3. Tell us about the payment

    On the same page, enter the transaction ID and the date. A receipt screenshot is optional.

  4. Get your login

    The treasurer confirms the payment and you receive an email to set up your portal account. From then on you can invest, save and reserve plots.

Products

The rate you sign up at is fixed for the whole term. Money market investments are capped at UGX 40,000,000 per member; land is not capped.
